25. Ayet • Amatul Rahman Omar •

(Set apart) for one who asks (for help) and also (for one) who is prevented (even from asking for one reason or the other);

لِلسَّٓائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِۖ

Lis saili vel mahrum.
